Special case assignment 2, a paper addressing any topic within the field of management that interests you

There are two special assignments that will be created and developed by the student. The topics should be within the field of Management on a subject that interests you and on which you can find research material. Papers should be no less than 6 pages and must include Internet references. Recent paper topics have been: The Lean Startup, Continuous Improvement, Millennials in the workplace, and others List your references at the end of your paper in bibliographic form. Do not quote from the text.

We have covered Managing Effectively in a Global World, The Evolution of Management, The Organizational Environment and Culture, Ethics and Corporate Responsibility, Planning and Decision Making, Entrepreneurship, Organizing for Success, Managing Human Resources, Managing Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership, and Motivating People.

As the requirement said, feel free to address any topic within the field of management. The bibliography should be in Chicago Manual Style.
