2. Once you have completed your self-care, reflect on the 2 forms of self-care you engaged in and develop a 1 paragraph response
   • What did you engage in?
   • How can you develop a sustainable practice?
   • Consider the quote from Audre Lorde “Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation and that is an act of political warfare.” How is your self-care an act of self-preservation and an act of political warfare?  (Hint: reflect on systems of oppression)
   • How can you help those around you engage in self-care?
