Assignment: Current sources only (2015 -2020) please! AGEING BIAS Four-part APA Paper…. Part 1: How does a person’s difference in age, culture, race, gender and living situation impact your comfort as a nurse in communicating with them? While growing up, how were Older Adults (OAs) treated in your family, culture, community and in society (identify the year range). Part 2: Reflect on how those experiences from part 1 impact your nursing practice now? Part 3: Discuss what ageing biases you have witnessed &/or perpetrated. Part 4: Create a community education plan to address ageing bias. The assignment should be written in an APA-formatted essay. The essay should be at least 500 words per part for a total of at least 2000 words in length (not including the title page and references). It must include at least two scholarly sources other than provided materials.  NOTE: Every paper submitted into a drop box must have a title page, intro paragraph, body of the paper with assignments separated by APA headings, conclusion, and references listed for every citation within the text of the paper.
