IHP 435 Module Two Activity Guidelines and Rubric Hospital Comparison Overview: In this activity, you will analyze performance data gathered through the official U.S. government website for Medicare: Medicare.gov Hospital Compare. Prompt: You have been provided with a navigational guide that you will use to navigate through the website to gather the data needed for comparison of two hospitals. You will compare the two hospitals to each other, as well as comparing the hospitals to a national benchmark. You will look at the data for several key indicators including surgical complications, as well as readmission and death statistics regarding heart attacks and pneumonia. You will also analyze the hospital-wide readmission statistics.
