• Demonstration of reflecting techniques
• Demonstration of empathy and rapport building

The transcript should be embedded within a paper format. This means that there will be an introduction paragraph that helps transition readers into the transcript, and there will be a conclusion paragraph.  Be sure to include a title page, and a reference page (if outside sources are used).
