selected by any other student) and inform the class how the case
affected policy, constitutional issues and/or culture.  Give a brief
summary of the case (in your own words) and tie the case in to some term
or concept in chapter three of our textbook. For example, does the
Supremacy Clause play a role, what about jurisdiction or judicial
