Chapter 3 – Health and Stress Management Discussion

The purpose of this discussion is for you to demonstrate your understanding of the material. Approach your response as though it is a mini essay with complete sentences, distinct paragraphs, and correct spelling and punctuation. Grammar and spelling matter. Using a minimum of 300 words, please respond to the following prompts:
- Review the textbook discussion of Sources of Stress. Identify and describe the major sources of stress in your life.
- Review the Coping with Stress discussion. Which forms of coping (emotion-focused or problem-focused) do you most often drawn on?
- Of the resources for healthy living described on pages 80 and 81, which seem the most important to you?
In addition, you are expected to provide a supportive and/or reflective comment to the post of one classmate.
